Great for deep conditioning. I wear a plastic cap and sit under a dryer until mostly dry. I love the softness and my usually dry hair has so much shine for about a good 5 days!
If you have thick, coarse beyond 4c try 4w hair like me try using it with a Aphogee treatment!
