This does the job. Only problem I didn’t pay attention to what size it was, would’ve liked the bigger bottle.
Worked as expected –
I already had previous color in my hair so I didn’t expect a full lift but I paired this with the ultra bond lightening powder and I’m honestly surprised with the lift that it gave me. I will have to go over it again but I expected that with having previous box color in my hair. You can see the color I lifted from on top I’m doing them in sections to prevent over processing.overall I’m impressed

At the recommendation of my hair stylist I stopped using “boxed” hair color about 2 years ago. I color my own roots about every 3 weeks to keep up with the incoming grays. I found this product together with the age beautifully color and it works wonderfully. This provides an equivalent result to “real”, salon quality hair coloring products.

I accidentally got the 4oz which ended up working perfect. I paired it with the matching brand blackish violet. My hair is split dyed- have light purple and was half blackish brown (more on the brown). A 2 ounce tube of color and 2 ounces of this was just enough for half of my hair. I have mid to lower back length hair, layered but fairly thin. I had about 2 inches of pretty heavy grey and this covered it very well! I left it on about 50 minutes. Definitely more than 45 but not by much as I colored the other side and the wait time was pretty close to ending at that 45 minute mark. All in all I recommend!! Oh, there is a mark on the side of the bottle to measure 2 ounces. If you angle your phone flashlight on the back, it’s easier to see the amount in the bottle.

I only have about 10% or less of gray hair, but it shows up in the front so I tend to do my roots regularly. I’ve always darkened my hair a shader too from very dark brown to black. I get color that is permanent but used developer that’s a 10 instead of a 20. Because my hair is pretty dry and damaged. And this 10 mixed with a color that is meant to be permanent works as well as a 20, at least for me, and my gray is actually bright white. And it colors the hair fully black and lasts as long as a 20, and damages it far less.
