Wasn’t sure I’d even get thru this vitamin bottle, as I’ve never liked gummy vitamins. I was pretty stunned when I started taking them and they don’t taste like crap or pure sugar. They also really have started working. In two months and my hairs grown almost two inches. Hope this can help my hair growth recover from all the abuse it’s taken over the year.

I’ve been taking these for about 2.5 months now and they really seem to be working. For the most part, I take them daily. I have noticed that my nails are growing incredibly fast and I am seeing new hair sprouting, where I had noticed some thinning happening. I have noticed no negative side effects. I can’t 100% say that the changes are a result of these as opposed something else I may be doing or taking, but I’m going to keep taking them because I think they are at least contributing to the improvement I am seeing.. They are soft gummies, so they are easy to chew and they taste great!
