At first it made my hair really soft and shiny. But then using it as my regular shampoo, it made my scalp dry and my hair greasy. I think it made my hair fall out more. I switched to using it every once in a while and I think it’s better suited for occasional use.

My hair is sooo soft and it removed that brittle dry feeling after multiple colors and bleaching. Terrible product! Made my hair very dry; my scalp flaked and caused sores on my scalp. A week later, I only used the product twice and still have scabs on my scalp from the sores. Highly recommend that you don’t waste your money on this product! Now, I have to treat my scalp and dry hair to try and repair the damage done. I should have never veered away from Biolage. Total waste of time, energy and money
