Best one I’ve bought so far. I use it to flatten my wigs. Love it! I couldn’t tell you if it’s good for anything else than wigs though but if you’re looking to use it for that same purpose then just go for it without hesitation!

It works really well with 4C hair, it is not flaky and does not leave any residue. If you notice a bit of it you can easily brush through it to remove it. The only thing I do not like is the smell. It really smells like a man’s body wash (Irish Spring). It is also a bit pricy for something so small. Other than that, I like how it helps blend my hair with the extensions, especially when having a leave out.

I wish I had known about this item a long time ago, like when my daughter was little!! It does a great job with fly aways, keeps hair in place without drying out or being sticky, and it smells great but not overpowering. It also washes out very easily. Love this item, highly recommend it. Glad I found it.

This product is amazing! It keep my hair in place so I look good all day. And.. it has a pleasing scent. It’s great for styling your hair for special occasions or everyday wear. It is sticky of course, so I have to wash my hair to get it out. But it washes out easily.

My stylist used this on my flyways and broken hairs at the front when my hair was down and it changed everything. A big part of my styling routine on wash day as it lasts and also good for a neat (not necessarily slick back) ponytail. I have naturally curly hair

Edge Controls are usually made with alcohol and were drying out my edges and making them thin. A new stylist suggested a wax stick instead so I got this one. It was way more affordable here than in the beauty supply ($15-$25) and came the next day. I live in a very humid place and when I tell you my edges stay all day with no residue or breakage!!! Give it a try. It takes a second to finesse it, but once you figure out the right ratio of product for your hair, you’re good.

I like how easy the product is to use. It does add some shine to my hair but not a shellac like hairspray. The quality is great. The texture does take some getting used to. I have thick long hair and find it easy to wash out. I have lots of baby hairs and flyaways and found this product helps a lot. It doesn’t get all of them but makes a substantial difference. Gently grazing the product over my hair and rubbing or brushing it in has been successful for me. It’s certainly not going to hold up larger pieces of hair but smaller, fine pieces of hair – this was ideal for. You definitely still notice there is some type of product in my hair, there is a slight sheen but it’s malleable and was worth the purchase.

Okay, this was n me. I was wrongly applying this to my hair like I apply deodorant. WRONG! You just barely run it across the hairs that are behaving unruly and it works a treat! Also, since you are applying it ever so slightly, it doesn’t leave your hair stiff and sticky like it did when I applied it the incorrect way. Doh! Live and learn! I have only used this a few times and there must be a secret to using it that I don’t know. It’s pretty sticky and if I apply using the stick directly on my hair, it makes my hair look sticky and in my opinion dirty which is a “no” for me. I have since applied to my hands and smooth it on. This worked better, but left my hair a bit too flat. So, next time I will apply much less and use only near my part. Quite honestly, I may be the problem! Once I fine tune it I will change my rating if my results improve.

It certainly is thick & hard. More so than what I wanted, but it would be great for a slicked back look or for stage use. Not a great product for me to use everyday.
