シャンプー後にタオルドライをして、そのあと髪全体に5〜6回スプレーし、手ぐしで整えてドライヤーをかけています。雨の日は潰れやすいので、ドライヤー後にヘアスプレーを軽くかけます。(当方、40代男性、ミディアムヘア、パーマをかけています。)

I’ve been using this product for years (from my late 20s into my early 30s) as a male who found his naturally curl hair hard to deal with. I use this product every single day after I shower or wet my hair. I use a curl cream afterwards and let my hair air dry. There is something about the salt spray and the texture it adds that makes the other product and drying process work. If I happen to forget this salt spray, my hair just becomes and unmanageable mess. I easily transfer it to travel sized spray bottles for vacation because I don’t look presentable without it! I should also mention that the smell is amazing – a gender neutral beachy scent.

I almost didn’t buy it because of the fragrance reviews since I don’t like strong smelling products. I’m glad I bought it anyways, it’s a light smell, not strong at all, and it’s a nice smell, smells very much like a beach. I’m not exactly young anymore and my hair is thinner, so I wanted to see if this would add a thicker appearance, and it has, definitely has more volume. Plus it has the added benefit of slight hair holding qualities, aka, less frizz. Much cleaner looking than other hair holding products.

A lot of reviewers had commented that they think the coconut smell is a little strong so that concerned me. I like the smell of coconut but as a man, I don’t necessarily want to smell like a fruit bowl. I think the smell is very pleasant and the product works great. Having said that, I do think that the Pete and Pedro salt spray is superior in scent, to each their own. Performances about the same for me, both great. I’ll spend the extra five dollars for the Pete and Pedro moving forward, but this is a very good product.

I liked this product and used it after doing my hair in the morning and it gave my hair a nice textured look. However, it sorta dried up my hand skin and as a climber, you cant have this happen to you. After one climbing session my skin would be torn up which is unusual for me and I thought it might be my new hair product. So I stopped using it and my skin was back to normal.
