I have super fine 2C/3A hair. For some reason I just haven’t been able to get it to cast, no matter what type/combination of products I have used. Yesterday was wash day so I decided to give this a try. I used this in place of my usual styling cream, then my other usual products. Holy cast!!
My hair held for hours after I broke the cast. It was a super humid Upstate NY evening. I’m a rideshare driver and drive around for approximately three hours with the windows down, and my style held. So for performance, I give this a solid 5 stars. My issue with this product lies with the scent. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be unscented, but it’s not. It has a very artificial/chemical/plastic scent. It’s also somewhat tacky. Maybe that’s why it holds so great. But it also has a fairly thin/watered down texture. The texture and scent immediately made me think of watered down Elmer’s Glue. Despite all this, I don’t feel like it was extremely heavy on my hair. So I would have to recommend you give it a try.

I wouldn’t say there is anything wrong with this product itself, however, it is very loose and liquidy, and has no smell to it whatsoever. I was hoping it would smell nice and not immediately pour out of the tube like water when opened. but when used, it does what it’s intended to do.

Due to the packaging, I thought this would be a dupe for Dae but, this product is awful. It’s Elmer’s glue like texture but not sticky. It takes a lot to use if you’re wanting a slick back style. It’s runny and the smell is HORRIBLE. Save your money and buy the Dae hair cream. This is awful
