Holds well. Moisturizing, no residue and smells great! I purchased this on a whim out of desperation. My hair is thick and can become dry at times,so it’s hell parting and braiding but this works so darn well. The clips are a plus as well for sectioning. I never thought I would enjoy braiding my own hair, This makes it so easy and leaves my hair so soft.Totally worth it. Not overly sticky and it smells great!😊

I purchase these 2 products for braiding hair. The products smell wonderful, the gel is thick but not stiff or hard like edge control. It gives a little shine, no flaking, not sticky, definitely perfect separately use or together. The hair was completely straight when I applied, and made parting the hair so much better. I recommend this product. I used mousse, hair oil, and spritz then blow dry and the hair stayed in place.

Youtube braider ranked this high and stated it was not greasy. Had good slip but was just a greasy with the product I already had. Going back to Ecco for braiding but will use this for sticking back pony. Did work very well holding up the back nape hairs!

All their products are good for real. I’ve tried all their edge control, braid/loc gel, wax. I use the loc gel for edge control sometimes too. No flakes and it holds for more than a day.
