:Update: curls hold all day. I’ve also tried without setting lotion or hot rollers just blow dry and a nice serum on the ends before bed. Comes out pretty.
Ok, so a few tips I learned for this before switching to this heatless curler. These pics are first thing after removal. I’ll update later with end of day pic.
1. These curlers work best as a maintenance after hot tools are used and overnight with the right application. I use hot rollers versus curling wands/irons with curls like these. Let them cool remove the hot rollers. Take my hair by hand no brushes after the set is heated and cooled. Any frizz creams or oils can come into play as needed for the environment you’ll be in. Then put my heatless curler on wrapping the hair tightly around the cushion. Don’t move the cushion around the hair just keep it straight and wrap the hair around the curler cushion. Use the hair ties to secure the ends of my hair to the curler. This particular curler is comfy and longer because you then wrap it back around your head and tie the curler ends in a bow/knot. Super secure BUT the bonnet helps keep that all extra secure as you sleep/move. Nothing came undone and didn’t hurt to sleep on. Barely knew it was anything more than my hair I slept on just an extra pillow.
2. Curl setting products give additional setting power. I use lottabody mouse and heat protector after hair washing.
3. Wrapping my hair nearest to the hairline helps a bunch for side, back whatever sleeping style without issue.

Worked better than I expected! My tween wanted some curl to her straight hair, so we tried this. Gave a nice, soft wave for the next day. The cap is helpful for sleeping, too

Bought one for my wife, her hair turned out beautiful- so i bought 3 more, one for my mother, and the others for my nieces. They have all used it and had incredible results. I only got the headband and clip. No bonnet. No scrunchies. It was advertised as a 9 piece set and I only got 2 items. It’s almost impossible to use without the additional pieces. I now had to buy the remaining pieces of the set that were supposed to already be included.

It worked really well! Ive been eyeing heatless curlers for years and finally tried it! I added some of my favorite styling foam to the spray bottle and dampened my hair and it wet set within an hour and curls still holding and look natural hours later! I bought this on a whim, but it’s fun to do. It’s probably the easiest and least painful heatless curling method I’ve ever done. Make sure you dampen your hair really well and the tighter you wrap your hair, the better.

This photo was my first use, using only box instructions. I ran my fingers through in the morning and did nothing more. I need some fine tuning, I’ll watch some videos. But overall, easy-peasy!
As someone who cannot use a curling iron, rollers, or even blow dry my hair and use a brush at the same time. THIS is what I needed. Trust me, too many times, I have tried fixing my hair for hours and ended up weeping and throwing it in a bun by the end. This actually worked.

I tried twice to use this curler, and it seemed like the material had too much give or was too soft. My hair never turned into curls.
However, I love the feel of all the material. I still use the bonnet, the clips, and the smaller hair ties.
I feel my thinner/finer hair would do better with something thickers and with more structure.

I’m not going to give this a bad review since I’m not sure my hairs long enough to fully enjoy this product. For reference my hours just passed my shoulders and layered. Most of it fell out as I slept so I’m not sure I’ll use again but will give to my daughter who’s hair is quite long, to try.
