I was really looking forward to this product because I love Joico. A hairdresser friend cautioned me years ago about ordering high end products like this from Amazon because she said people will empty the actual product out and replace it with something else and turn around and sell it. I have ordered other Joico products and they’ve been great. But when I first went to use this one, something was strange. The consistency of it was really watered down with small chunks. I shook up the bottle to see if that’d help mix it back together, but nothing changed. It smells good like I would imagine it should smell since my other Joico products always smell great. It went on my hair smooth, but didn’t do anything different than without using this product. I gave it a few more tries but it still didn’t seem right. I went to Ulta this past week and checked out the same product they have on the shelf. The consistency of the product at Ulta was WAY different – the one at Ulta has the consistency of like a thick toothpaste almost – it holds the shape of the little hole you squeeze it out of. It smells a little different as well. I’m disappointed in this product and will be returning it and only purchasing this type of product from stores like Ulta in the future.

Color treated hair every 6weeks so I have to stay on top of hair regimen for damage. This product makes my hair so soft even after the first use. Smells great too. It is kinda pricey but worth it

Had hair trauma very recently when against my better judgement let my hair stylist bleach my hair ( to remove color build up) Hair looked fried, lots of breakage, riddled with split ends, Nightmare! Used other products from high end lines that promised to repair but Nothing worked. Remembered Kpack conditioner used many years ago when I had a similar incident with highlights gone bad after being left under dryer for too long. It was the only thing that helped. Took a chance & ordered KPak along w shampoo & leave-in treatment & saw a difference after 1st use. 3 treatments later noticed I had about 80% less breakage after drying. Kpak products have been a game changer. Definitely see an improvement in texture & just reordered. A tried & true product that actually WORKS!

This is the only conditioner I use. After a shower, there is virtually no hair in the drain, and no tangles when brushing. If I do use another product, the drain is clogged with hair, and it takes a long time to detangle. The downside is this is very expensive and smells weird, but it really does work!

This conditioner is very thick and absorbs right into your hair. I’ve been using this deep conditioner once a week. When I rinse it out it doesn’t have that feel like you’ve “used” conditioner. So I run some other conditioner thru the ends of my hair and rinse as a detangler. My ends get very dry and break off. Hoping to break that cycle with this deep conditioning.

The smell is not overwhelming which I enjoy! I have a lot of chemical damage and I swear this is the only thing saving my hair AND making it feel soft. I leave it on for 5ish minutes instead of conditioner. I also use the other products in this Joico line.
