Great leave in conditioner. It’s more like a multipurpose. Helps with frizz . Smells wonderful. I like to use with the primrose and berry shampoo and conditioner. Makes hair soft

The smell is strong smells like fruit loops which im not a fan of at all. But the product itself is amazing !!!! Leaves the hair so soft and frizz free. Best detangler ever ! Just wish the smell was more of a natural berry smell .

Use this spray just about daily on mine and my daughters hair. Helps so much with detangling and leaves our hair soft and manageable. It has incredible protective qualities because of its pure and clean ingredients. Be mindful that a little goes a long way! One bottle has lasted us over 3 months and we have about 80% left in the bottle.

I have long silky hair that I can’t brush when wet & can get tangled when I sleep as well. I usually use Johnson & Johnson baby detangler as it doesn’t way my hair down & works great. But after years of use, I wanted to try something else, so I gave this a try. It does work well at detangling hair & making it smooth, but it does weigh my hair down. My biggest issue with this spray it has a heavy berry fragrance. It’s not a light scent at all, and you’ll be smelling it til you wash your hair. So if you don’t like a heavy scent that will stick around until your next wash, I would keep looking

This has been a life saver for thin hair. She loves the berry smell (although a bit overpowering for my taste) so she lets me put it on her hair, and it really detangles on the spot. This has made it so she actually leaves the house with her hair in order.

I know this product is marketed to little ones, and I am an adult woman lol but I always have had super tangly hair. I’ve been growing my hair out long and I intend to go longer, but constant knots and tangles left me struggling to brush my hair and in near tears every time I brushed my hair out. I bought one bottle that lasted me 7-8 months, and I just bought another bottle because I love it so much. If you ever start to get low or something you can add some water to it, shake it well, and it still works really nicely.
Smells suuuupeer nice and sweet. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin nor does it dry out my hair. It’s very moisturizing. In fact you might want to be careful if you spray too much because it can weigh your hair down a bit from the oils in it.
I honestly feel beautiful when I use it, and that’s just the truth. I was a very sensitive-skinned baby, and I am still as an adult. I wish little me had this for her hair!

We’ve been purchasing this detangler spray for our three-year-old daughter’s hair for the past two years or so, now, and it’s always worked wonders to untangle her curly mixed hair (which is also coupled with Babo’s shampoo and conditioner, as well as, most recently, a deep conditioning treatment via Shea Moisture’s Hydrating Hair Masque). However, our most recent purchase last month had the incredibly strong, synthetic smelling scent that others have also spoken about, making it quite off putting to continue using.
Seeing that no one here was getting any straight answers about whether or not Babo had changed the ingredients without our knowing (obviously), I had to ask them directly via their website. And after explaining everything, plus giving the requested expiration date (which mine is/was 03/2020, so check yours if that’s the batch which might smell off/strongly), the person informed me that they did temporarily try to switch up the scent, using a ‘Rosey Berry’ scent instead of the original we’re ‘all’ used to. However, apparently the customer feedback wasn’t well received, so they no longer supply this newer scent. (After which, I’ve been sent a complimentary bottle to compensate which, once it arrives, I’ll update this review to verify it is the original scent.)
So if your bottle’s scent is too strong and isn’t the usual, soft flowery scent it’s always been, then (presumably) don’t worry anymore, since Babo’s apparently aware of our distaste for it and have returned to the original smell. They did also say that since Amazon (which I specified was where I’ve always purchased my bottles) does have third party sellers, they obviously can’t control that. But since I also let them know that I buy/have bought these bottles (including this recent one) from Amazon, itself, I suppose we’ll have to cross our fingers and see if they, too, stop having the ‘Rosey Berry’ scent in stock.
Hope this helps anyone else who might be unsure of their bottle’s suddenly overpowering scent!
UPDATE (11/21/18): Just received the complimentary replacement bottle, and although at first (after opening the bottle, itself) we were afraid it was still the same overpowering scent, after using it in our daughter’s hair, it really is/was the original, soft berry smell. 🙂 (The expiration date for this bottle is 06/2020, so if you order again, check the date to see if it’s the same batch.)

Wanted to love this but it actually coats my hair and makes it feel like I haven’t washed out all the hair products in the shower. Seems like it could cause my damage hair due to the coating. Returned.
