Hair was beyond super soft afterwards. Color wasn’t as vibrant as I wanted, it made my hair much darker except where there was gray hair which it tint a very light red. My hair look more darker black with slight redish tint in some places.

I am by no means an expert when it comes to applying hair dye, however the process was simple (Follow instructions) the color was actually quite appealing in comparison to the models hair and online example. I love having a minimal burgundy tone versus bright. Fabulous ordered 3 boxes. Extremely happy with the quality and value. I chose not to cover with a cap or sit under a hooded dryer. Left product on for approximately 35-40 minutes. No problems with color bleeding or fading. Thank you

The auburn colors are both very beautiful… my hair are not damaged after using it.
However if you have longue hair like mine, and want a result visible and flamboyant as the lady on the box, you will need way way more than one box. And I let it on my hair around 40 min instead of 20.

Have been using and loving Natural Instincts for years. Some colors are hard to find in stores. A bit more costly online but would purchase again this way if need be.

I wish there was a permanent hair dye option for 4RR – Dark Red! So many reds are too bright, but this shade is a vivid dark auburn that does not lean purple/burgundy – I don’t know that anyone would mistake it for being natural, but it is a trendy shade of red without being unprofessional.
