I would consider this a value comb set, 14 different pieces are included. Great to try and get familiar with different types of combs. I originally though the combs were made of plastic but the seller in the description states “Combs made of quality carbon fiber are heat-resistant and anti-static.” For the price can’t beat them.

Based on a previous review, I was concerned that these combs might be weak and bendy, but this set is actually REALLY solid and sturdy! Ever since I learned that for hair loss you should use only wide tooth combs, I’ve been wanting to get some. This set has the wide tooth combs I wanted, and also regular close together teeth combs and picks. I really don’t know what all of the items in this set are for (some seem to be for braiding, I think), but so far I’ve found one of them to be an EXCELLENT parting comb (the one on a stick that ends in a point), and another two great for detangling (the widest tooth comb and the one with the biggest handle.) The picks have been great to use when I wear my hair curly. I do wish there was a smaller one that I could fit in my smaller purses, but this set is everything that was promised.

This comb set contains 14 different combs in 14 different styles. The variety ensures that you’ll always have the right comb to meet your needs.
I can tell the difference between a fine tooth comb and a heavy-duty comb with thicker teeth but that’s about it. It’s going to take me a while to figure out what to do with each of these combs. It would have been very helpful if an instruction booklet had been included showing a picture of each comb, it’s name and a description of what it should be used for.

Wow so many combs to choose from. The Combs are all very sturdy and come in various sizes. I’ve shared them with my family, there was a specific comb for each of our needs. The set of combs is a great value for the cost.
