It’s not heavy on my head at all, and it looks like my natural hair. I used it for twists on my head, and everyone keeps asking if it’s my natural hair. Whenever I do my soft locks I always choose this brand to wrap around the top. I feel like the brand being a kinky texture allows it to stay wrapped with no worry. I’ve heard a lot of people steer away from this particular brand because of the smell or the itchiness. But the best way to deal with both of those issues is to always soak your hair and apple cider vinegar with a little bit of conditioner and water before the day you are going to use it. As soon as I purchase mine I always use some good hot water take them out of the package and soak them at least an hour and a half before washing it with shampoo lightly. It’s really simple all you do is hold the top and dip it in and out of the water. I’ve noticed with this process it always turns out amazing. But I always get a lot of compliments in reference to how long I’ve been locked because it looks so natural.
