I have been dyeing my hair blue for over a year with conventional dyes and was recently introduced to this dye-in shampoo. I love it. I will say I have tried other dye-in shampoos and so far I notice the other brands are more concentrated and leave my hands blue and stain everything. The WE brand does a nice job of dyeing my grays a lovely shade of blue without staining my hands and everything else in the shower.

If you read and follow directions, works exactly as pictures show. Bought for my daughter, she thought it didn’t work until she read directions and was in awe! FYI, make sure rinse tub after.

Wonderful for keeping color fresh in between salon appointments. Be careful to clean your shower/tub immediately after use as it will dye your tiles.

I can say it gradually deposits color very well. BUT each time I used this product to touch up my blue it would cause hair to fall out!! It also made my hair feel very VERY dry after using it. Definitely use with caution and follow up with a really good hair mask.

i got my hair done at a salon about 2 weeks ago which is the first picture – so a before. my stylist told me to get color depositing shampoo & i used this the other night & it turned out SO bright. the mirror picture is before & the selfie is after. worth it!!! didn’t stain my shower but it stained my pearls on my bracelet so maybe remove any jewelry 😭 that’s my fault! i used a normal shampoo afterwards because i felt my hair was dry but it’s no big deal! conditioned after as well 💕

If I could give this shampoo 6 stars I would. The only problem I ever had with it was the bottle, and the company fixed that by my most recent purchase. My hair is pink and when i went to the beach my hair was stripped, blonde, and horrendous, but upon one wash with this shampoo it was back to its normal color.

This stuff is easy to use, virtually mess free (if you are careful) and keeps your hair looking great!

This stuff gives you bright, fun, shiny colors. It will wash out of your hair in time, but it’s so easy to use that I re-apply about 1-2 times a week to keep the color vibrant. It is a very gentle dye also, so you don’t have to worry about damaging your hair.

It washes off of skin fairly easily, but can be hard to get it out of the crevices in your cuticles and nails, so use gloves or something to apply or you will spend a bit of time scrubbing your nails. I use a silicone pad.
It can also stain grout and silicone, especially in fully concentrated form. Otherwise, once diluted with water when you are rinsing out it washes right down my shower drain with no residue or staining at all. It also doesn’t stain plastic, such as shower curtain liners.
To use, I apply it to damp, but not totally saturated hair and lather it up a bit. Pile it on top of my head, (use a shower cap if necessary) and wash other areas while avoiding getting the hair wet. It needs to stay on at least 3-5 minutes, maybe longer on the first application. The longer you leave it on, the brighter it will be.
Once I am ready to rinse it out I bend over under the shower and allow the water to rinse my hair out until I see the water starting the run clear, then I rinse more using my hands. I apply conditioner, and wipe any areas that may have gotten messy.

I’ve gone through a 2.5 year natural hair grow out. My hair is silver with lots of natural brown. I have no dye left in my hair. I thought it would be fun to try this color-depositing shampoo. Easy to apply. A little messy. I left it on 3-5 minutes. It really colored my silvers. Love the outcome! Fun thing to do when you’re feeling down about gray hair.
