I have fine hair. This shampoo is great. I use color and I don’t get fade or dry hair from daily use. They make several for different types of hair. Be sure you are choosing the right one for your hair. This brand also sells scalp cleaner/conditioner which is terrific because it actually brings out your color. It’s great if you exercise or go an extra day & just want a quick clean & rinse
