The hold is pretty strong which is also great for me since I workout hard with my hair up, so this made sure my hair stayed up & in place! It didn’t pull my hair either which I love because other clips always pull my hair & irritates me & I haven’t experienced that with this clip so another reason why I love them! This clip size is great for girlies with medium to thick hair if not the clips will look too big for thin hair.
