Terrible chemichal smell and sensation, my whole head hurted me, even my teeth hurted. As for it’s effectiveness, it did not cover my gray hair at all. Tried to return and they say that there is no way to return this terrible shampoo

This stuff totally blew me away!!!! I was not expecting it to cover every single gray hair but it did!
So originally I bought the brown and did a small test on a 2″ x 12″ lock of my hair and the brown only took on the darkest parts of my hair and left ALL my grays in tack, so I thought okay I will exchange for the black, because I was going for the salt and pepper look on my hair. Well I got all pepper. (See my before and after photos) I left it on for 25 minutes.

I will literally shou from the sides from top of my head this is amazing! Loved my stylist a very sweet and sensitive girlbut I literally used her for her 8 wk color. It was my greediness after 7. Yrs of going to her, wanting a style to go with the color that I lost her. Another stylist who wouldn’t use the same product, who thought that I would come back more often nearly a week after her putting on the color it would last she was wrong. tried something else of course it didn’t work. So I saw this and it’s been four days now and so far I am extremely pleased. I may write another review later.
