Didn’t really work for me, made my hair super greasy and feel weighed down. Have to a friend works great for her hair. I have fine hair and hers is a little thicker.

This is the worst shampoo I’ve ever bought. I had a similar issue with the cap not popping up and I had to get pliers to hold the two points in place to twist. The main issue is this product doesn’t clean very well and I can never get it all out of my hair. I have long thick straight hair and so at first when it happened I gave it the benefit of the doubt to user error. But every time I try to use it no later how long I wash it out I will have patches where there is still product in my hair. I haven’t had this issue with other shampoos so I just don’t understand. The smell is overwhelming for me and don’t care for it. I had also bought the spray first and I liked it but the bottle leaked everywhere every time I used it. I had to move it to another bottle. Just seems like a sub par product and company.

I always like this shampoo. Just shipping it in a bag is not a good idea. Mine arrived with the pump broken. I apparently popped up then snapped off. Ship it in a box like the conditioner came in.

I have used this product twice so far and it does tone the brassiness. I let it sit on my hair for a few minutes, but washed it off of my hands immediately. It did not stain my hands or nails. It’s a smaller bottle than expected but if you’re only using it once a week, it will last for months.

This is a wonderful purple shampoo and conditioner. However, not too happy about my shampoo leaking before I even received it. BUT!! It didn’t leak that much and it was kept in a sealed bag so it didn’t get everywhere. No biggie!!
My review of the products: this is the absolute best purple shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever tried. It is also the first repurchase of a purple shampoo/conditioner. Toner never lasts more than one wash in my hair, so that’s out the window. These keep my hair beautifully ash-toned and I am definitely going to keep purchasing these until I do a different hair color. Pics attached are the before/after!! And this stuff smells INCREDIBLE.

When looking for a good shampoo, the right balance between cleansing and nourishment is key, and the one I’ve recently tried did a solid job of achieving that. Its formula effectively removes dirt, oil, and product buildup without leaving my hair feeling stripped or dry. After each use, my hair felt clean but not overly squeaky, which is a good sign that it’s not too harsh on the scalp.

The shampoo is thick and works well … half the shampoo had leaked in a plastic bag when it arrived . No packaging. The dispenser on the bottle does not work .
