I like spraying this on before doing cardio. Works for keeping hair from getting too sweaty/oily and smells good but you don’t need a whole lot because it’ll make your hair a little crunchy/feel like there’s a lot of product in ur hair

Stick to dry shampoo. Batiste is the best and most affordable brand and if you’re worried about chemicals and stuff download the YUKA app, tells you if your cosmetic products could be harmful to you x
