I only used this brush 2 times on my daughter and a bristle already came out. That is absolutely insane for a brush that cost so much. I love how it works but they are cheaply made. Now I’m wondering if the dupe would have been better to buy.

This brush works well so far. I love that it keeps my curls even so that one side isn’t longer or shorter than the other. The bristles (a mix of soft bristles & medium bristles with balls -which my hair never does well with) on the brush do not detangle so for those with bushy hair, you have to detangle first & your hair may still get caught in the bristles.
I love Denman brushes because they detangle and curl, however not evenly like the bouncecurl brush. The Denman brush does give better curl definition at the roots.
I wish there was one brush that does both at once so I don’t need 3+ brushes to do my hair!

This brush does everything it advertised. It cut my styling time in 1/2 and gave me beautiful defined curls with minimal frizz. I can’t recommend it enough!

My hair is very fine and slightly thinning. But when I use this brush with larger clumps of hair that are soaking wet and diffuse it, it comes out huge and gorgeous.

I saw would separate the hair and could let the hair dry and be curly. Well my hair is very thick. I need longer edge ‘s for that to happen for me. The brush itself is good. Well made sturdy. Has end on brush where you can part the hair. I liked that too

Only downfall is that the bristles come out when you clean the brush .

My hairdresser, who is a Ouidad certified stylist told me about this brush. She was excited as many of us curly-haired women have issue with the rake and shake method Ouidad products suggest. This makes life so much easier!
What I loved:
* Brush has two kind of britsles
* The side of the brush has grooved slots for separating hair
* Handle is ergonomic and fits well in my hand without being bulky
* Using this brush decreased my hair prep time considerably as the brush separates the hair
Cons:
* Brush color
* Brush bristiles were soft in middle, so going through my hair on top was more challenging
Experience:
The first time I used it, I was impressed. Turning the brush to the side to separate the hair absolutely works. It cut my hair prep time in half, no more struggling to part, separate and then do the rake and shake method. What matters most, my hair after use looked way better. It separated the curls better than I had been able to do so. I LOVE this brush!

I have long curly hair and I don’t see any improvement using this brush. I get the same results as using any other brush. I don’t feel like it was worth $28
