The dryer is compact and it heats up really well. But unlike the Revlon dryer, the Babyliss, and some of the other Conair dryers, this one does not have a concentrator. And, to make matters worse, its nozzle is larger than the other brands. As a result, it shoots hot air all over the place and you can’t really target a specific area.
The reviews of the Revlon travel dryer say that it’s noisy. It’s a bit noisier than this one, but the nozzle is narrower and there’s a concentrator and it gives better results.

Conair has a pretty powerful little blow dryer here. Suprised that it had this much heat and force. Prior travel dryers I have had were much weaker. It is also real light weight. Compact when its folded, too. Great for traveling where the presence of a blow dryer (or your own blow dryer) is in doubt!

It will have a true travel test later in the summer. I have no doubt that it will perform perfectly, will not cook my hair, and will be light enough that it will not be a burden to carry.
Besides folding to reduce the size, having 2 speeds, and light weight for traveling, it also will adapt to 240 watts with the flip of a switch.
