Yes, the scent is strong but if you have demodex and you want to get rid of them then this is your go-to product. Don’t get it near your eyes.

This product—and the other Ovante OTC skin, hair, and ear products—are more effective than anything else I have tried. I had become skeptical about anything working other than the relatively toxic prescription remedies. This line, from Australia, is expensive, although there are some other brands far more so. But cost is irrelevant when an effective, safe solution for this maddening skin condition is available. Highly recommended.

The shampoo nor the eyelid cleanser facial cleanser does not work. Not for me. You can hardly smell any tea, tree oil and in our bottles. The mixture is the same color, the same consistency, which makes me think that it’s more likely all the same. Whatever it is, I don’t know what it is. I won’t buy again

I have used this shampoo 2 times, and it has been gentle on my hair, but seemingly effective. Some of the crusty-ness on my scalp is dissolving and my head is less itchy. Notably, the shampoo does not have a strong medicinal odor.

I followed the instructions on this product did not work at all; it did zero to help me. I started the return process. I gave it one last shot.
Over the kitchen sink, I scrubbed my scalp with REGULAR SHAMPOO. Get all the oil and dead skin cells out of the way. Then I did a BIG SCRUB with this shampoo and wrap my HEAD IN A TOWEL for 25 MINUTES. Then I rinsed it.
This is the only way I was able to get it to work. 2 to 3 minutes does not get it done. This works if you leave it on for 25 minutes.
Tiny bottle, way too expensive. But it works.

I had an itchy scalp, eyebrows and ear for over a year. Didn’t know what was causing it. Still don’t. (Not lice.) Decided to try this and the itch is gone. In the shower, wet my hair, put enough on to cover my scalp and eyebrows, lathered it in and stuck some of the foam in my ear, left it on for 2-3 minutes while I brushed my teeth, washed it off. Did this once a day for 3 days. After third day, itch was gone. Maybe once every two months, I’ll have a day where it feels like the itch is back. In this case, I’ll massage a pea size onto that area, the itch goes away, and I just leave it on until I shower later in the evening.

It has helped my scalp problems a lot.
Yes, it does smell despite using other products like conditioner but after an hour or so it fades away.
I would recommend this to anyone who has itchy scalp. I have hair that is growing back now.
Just bought 2 more bottles so I can keep it at home.
