As I have gotten older I have found my hair was breaking off in a few places so I did some research and aside from a dietary imbalance……my hair is lacking nutrients as well. Following my doctor’s regime my hair is growing back in the spots it was missing from and I decided to try this comb as part of my regiment. This week was the first time I attempted to use the comb and it was working great until the glass comb slipped out and broke. I immediately emailed the company asking how do I replace the comb, as I was willing to pay for the replacement. Not only did they respond quickly, they are in the process of shipping me a replacement comb free of charge and it will be here in a few days. So although I cannot yet attest to if the comb will make a difference, I can say that the customer service itself is remarkable! Once I have the comb replacement, I will try it again and provide an update on the comb usage itself.
