*Update* after the first wash it didn’t help with the frizz it didn’t seem to last.

Try to resolve with Katchita customer services and throw the ball to Amazon . Spend 30 minutes with Amazon representative at customer service twice and they told me that I have to resolve the issue with the vendor …. My advice buy something else !
The product for a non salon one is excellent. I got the same results at home that if I had went to a hair salon . Now to see if it last as long . Still a great saving !
My pet peeves and I hope the owner of this company will read this . There is others who also had the same issue that I have . The product came with the container broken and was not the shipping who did . The seal was open and product leak in the Amazon envelope. I kept it only because returning it would had cost me around 40$ . I like the product but I am scared to re order in the future. Not sure is there is a neglecting employee in your side or you are passing damage product anyway . I try to reach your customers services trough Amazon without success which is bad for keeping a customer.

I don’t know what is in the product that makes it smell too strong, even after washing hair completely, I could still smell it. Also it didn’t remove the frizz nor repair my hair which was damaged during highlight processing. I do not recommend it at all.
