  1. FireCatz

I’m always skeptical of products claiming to be volumizing, because most of the time they aren’t for my hair. I was pleasantly surprised to find this conditioner left my hair incredibly soft, shiny, and light! It is most definitely not weighed down in any way, but surprisingly I also don’t have any fly-aways either! I absolutely love the peppermint in it, it feels so cool and refreshing while it’s sitting in my hair. It also smells delicious. I let my hair air dry the first time I used it because that’s the true test – subpar products leave my hair frizzy, goofy, and rough, and the gray hair I have feels super rough. None, not a single bit of that happened with this conditioner. I don’t have the matching shampoo, I just washed with what I normally used, but if it works as good as the conditioner then I would definitely consider buying it when I run out of shampoo.

  2. G. Winslet

The conditioner itself has a kind of minty scent and feel on the scalp that I noticed when using it. It actually lathered, which I’m not used to with a conditioner as well. However, it washed out easily and my hair definitely felt clean and soft afterwards.
It seemed to have a better effect on my mom’s thinner, straight hair than it did on my curly hair. I think there are better options out there for people with curly hair, but if your hair is straight and on the thinner side, this seems to work really well!

  3. Nimue

Full Disclosure: I have hip-length 2B hair that is all one length. This product did not produce a “very noticeable layering effect” as claimed, but I would have been shocked (and possibly a little miffed) if it had done so. That is just not going to happen with my hair.

What it DID do was slightly-but-noticeably plump the hair shafts, deeply condition my hair, and made my scalp feel amazing! It required less quantity than my usual product to cover my hair and get the job done, which does make it more cost effective than it appears at first glance. My hair was easy to comb afterwards (not the case with many other conditioners!), and I noticed less hair fall, as well. I love that it contains natural, eco-friendly, high quality ingredients. The scent is lovely and very botanical. My husband enjoys it as much as I do! Highly recommended.

  4. Alicia Ceasar

This conditioner is super lightweight and smells really nice. I love the way the scent is light but still lingers for awhile. I feel like this product makes my hair very shiny and helps add volume. I would buy this product again.

  5. KRO :)

This conditioner has a very nice crisp smell as it has the peppermint. Peppermint soaks into the scalp and feels nice and cooling. This is great feeling on a hot summer day. I did notice my hair was slightly more light and with my long hair that’s hard to get!

  6. BryanFarme

I’m a 50 year old man with greying hair that I bleach out of sheer vanity and refusal to believe my age! As a result my hair is really damaged and super dry. The texture is literally like straw if I wash it and don’t use conditioner. Because it’s blonde I have used purple shampoo and conditioner but I find that doesn’t help repair the damage and the texture.

I saw this conditioner on offer and I liked the idea of it strengthening weakened hair and also adding volume. It hasn’t disappointed. It’s a fairly large bottle which is just as well because it’s pretty expensive at just under $35. A little does go a long way though. It’s very thick in consistency and transfers over my wet hair easily. I follow the directions and leave it in for a few minutes then rinse. My hair definitely feels much better and I do think it helps to add a little volume, though not a huge amount. Maybe with continued use it will.

The packaging is very non gender focused so definitely good for anyone to use. It comes in a box and there is a protective seal on the bottle top for some quality reassurance. It has a pleasant and not overpowering slightly sweet botanical scent, or at least that’s what I get from it.

If you are fine with the price this is a great conditioner.

  7. NJJeppers

I love the peppermint scent of this volumizing conditioner. The conditioner has a thick creamy texture that feels nice on my scalp and coats my hair well. This rinses clean, and leaves my hair soft, but I don’t know that it does much volume wise. My hair always looks best on wash day, so for me there wasn’t anything that stood out in comparison to my go to products I use to wash my hair. I also do not like that the instructions say to use daily for best results. I am not a person who washes my hair daily, so this is unrealistic for me…I am not going to use this daily due to cost expense, and my personal routine, so maybe someone who decides to use this daily will get better results with volume as the product claims….

I always used the cheapest conditioner money could buy, but I can honestly say you get what you pay for in hair care products. I believe this conditioner is worth the price. Furthermore, I’m not sure about the hair loss part, but it does help a lot with keeping my hair healthy looking good. I’m happy with the results of this product, and would recommend giving it a try.
