HygieneLab Men’s Shampoo for All Hair Types comes in a 10oz pump bottle. It has Non-Toxic Ingredients, Paraben and Fragrance Free. This has a great scent to it and leaves the hair shiny and soft. The consistency is nice and rich. The pump works well and the bottle has held up nicely with no leakage.

This shampoo is labeled as intended for men in the advertisement, so I ordered it for my husband. I like for each of us to have our own good quality shampoos so our respective products of choice lasts longer. My husband and I have noted that this shampoo has a fragrance, but it is pleasant and not overpowering or musky. I simply cannot stand that musk smell that seems to be in certain men’s products, so the fragrance is lovely. This shampoo keeps my husband’s hair very healthy looking and fresh. He is in his fifties and has thick hair. He wears it short and has let it turn white. In other words, he is working with middle-age hair that isn’t color treated. His hair tends to be healthy anyway, but he says this shampoo is a good brand and he enjoys the way his hair feels silky and soft after use. He doesn’t use conditioner, and this shampoo has given him no reason to change that. I have noticed how shiny his hair looks lately, and believe this shampoo has contributed to that. Right now this shampoo is marketed for just under $30. That is a little steep for my husband. I’d say it’s worth it if you are concerned about the health of your hair and need a boost. I doubt my husband would reorder this due to the price. He doesn’t think spending nearly $30 for his shampoo is a great idea. However, he does like being pampered from time to time, and is enjoying this product a lot. I would recommend this shampoo if you don’t mind the extra expense. The main reason I awarded four instead of five stars is the fact that the bottle is just a standard size product. If the bottle was larger, I’d feel more comfortable with the cost.

I’ve been searching for a clean shampoo that doesn’t irritate my scalp, and this is it! The ingredients are top-notch and truly non-toxic. My hair feels soft and healthy, without any harsh chemicals. Highly recommend!

I have used this shampoo a few times now. It is mild in a variety of respects. It is not drying. Its scent, not one I can pin down, is botanical but not obnoxiously strong. It is liquidy, not heavy or creamy. It flows easily yet one does not need to use a lot of it. With the initial application I get no lather; with the second there is plenty of lather. My hair squeaks when I am done shampooing with this product—a sign that it is, indeed, clean. I always use conditioner after shampooing but have noticed that there is less build-up on my hair between shampoos now. This tells me that my previous regular shampoo was leaving a deposit on my scalp, while this one doesn’t. All in all, this is a good shampoo, though at $29.00, I am not sure it is a great value.

For many years I used the cheapest shampoo I could find. I also began suffering from dry, cracking, and rough skin on my hands. I learned that there are ingredients in those shampoos that are bad for my skin. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium Laureth Sulfate are scrubbing agents and they can strip my skin of the healthy oils which may be the cause of the skin problems I was experiencing. There are other bad chemicals in these shampoos as well. I found that it is in my best interest to find a more pure formula.
After using this brand of shampoo, I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin condition. Over time, my rough hands have began healing. Not sure it is attributed to this particular product alone, but it is possible.
This shampoo has a great scent and rinses out easily. My hair feels clean and refreshed. I also like that this brand is made in the USA.
