I have been dyeing my hair a variety of vivid colors for several years and have tried different shampoos to keep the color fresh longer. This is my favorite and doesn’t fade my color as quickly as some others. It is more expensive than the others but with washing my hair 1-2 times a week a bottle lasts me about 8 months. I have long (just past my bra strap) type1b hair that is closer to type 1c after bleaching. This shampoo helps my hair look and feel more healthy despite the abuse I put it through. Also I find that I don’t need to double shampoo with this one which makes it a better value long term.

i use all 3 keep me vivid products on my hair; this one, the conditioner and the colour lamination spray. i suppose it’s hard to pinpoint which exact one is helping, but my hair has kept a vivid green for significantly longer than it usually would since i started using these. as well as helping the color, it keeps my hair soft and i think they smell nice.
i wash my hair about three times a week, i have armpit length hair and I’ve used maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of the bottles in about two months. i also have fine, picky hair that doesn’t like most products and my hair has been looking like it has a lot more life using these products. i also used to have to wash my hair everyday or it would look super greasy and now I’m down to washing it three times a week and it always looks clean. so good value for the price, works well for my hair and i’d definitely recommend.

I wanted to love this but it made the color bleed out of my hair (pink). Smell and softness of my hair was wonderful, but did not prolong color vibrancy. The conditioner, however, DID work as described so I will keep the conditioner and keep looking for a better shampoo.
