Altho I bought this a few months ago I didn’t use it until recently. I left it on the suggested amount of time and was very pleased with the outcome. In FL we have very hard water despite water softener and a shower head with a filter on it so my hair will often get a brassy tone to it. This removed it so I’m pleased with the purchase it did what it said it would do.

all of it just washes down the drain and leaves everything very film like feeling. doesnt deposit much blue to neutralize brass.
