I had originally bought this the first time through Ulta back in May, and needed to stock up when I ran out so I bought it here on Amazon.
Not sure if the formula is the same or not, but this set from Amazon leaves my hair feeling different.
The ones I bought from Ulta left my hair feeling soft and clean and was working wonders on my hair, but this Amazon set leaves my hair feeling like it’s full of product no matter how many times I rinse it out. Once my hair dries, it feels heavy and stiff adding more to the feeling of left over product residue.
I did compare the two bottles and the only difference I can notice was the US location on the back. The Ulta bottles have the Frisco address on it and the Amazon ones have a Vegas address on it which seems to be a fulfillment center…

The shampoo does not lather well, a lot of shampoo is needed to form a good lather. Bit disappointed.
The conditioner is good.

Got a haircut and it was horrible so I bought this to try and grow my hair out again. The haircut actually looks much better after using this shampoo/conditioner. Shampoo feels like salon quality, my hair feels softer in the shower after it is clean instead of a noticeable loss of healthy oils like clarifying shampoos.
Read the reviews for the conditioner and decided to add my own Hyaluronic acid to the conditioner in the shower to help with absorption and it seems to be working well. I put my hair up all the time, before this system i would lose 5-10 hairs every time i took it down, now i am losing NO hair when i take my hairties out. 🙂
I protect my ends at night with sweet almond oil, and use (a lot) shea moisture daily hydration leave in conditioner after the shower. I have extremely thin hair and haven’t seen it be weighed down by these products. Swear by it!

Works so quickly with lasting results. Have bleached hair and this – aside from olaplex- has been the best thing I have found to restore health. Feels thicker and stronger. Worth the purchase. Only downside is hair gets greasy quicker – only by like a day or two.

we have been trying to find something that doesn’t leave knots always in her hair. after one wash, we didn’t have to spend hours brushing the knots out. this stuff alone worked really well on her hair, leaving it to a normal 2 min brush after hair wash day. smells good too!

I like the shampoo and conditioner but don’t think it makes my Hair feel any different from other ones I have tried if you have fine hair it’s just what you have been born with no shampoo will ever make it feel thicker , would I use it again maybe I will know when I have finished the bottles
