I bought this shampoo after googling “shampoo for fine hair”. I really like it, it cleans my hair without making it feel stripped or by adding a waxy thickener.
My only complaint is the way it was shipped: the first time was great, no spillage. This most recent time they put it in one of those plastic envelopes and it the lid snapped open, so the shampoo spilled inside. That’s a really simple thing to prevent: just tape over the lid. I didn’t ask for a refund this time because I only lost a little bit of product, but if it happens again I absolutely will and I’ll find another seller. This stuff ain’t cheap!

The shampoo is good if you have fine hair. Gives your hair lots of body. washes out clean and has no harsh odors. I have been using the shampoo for many years.

Not happy with the pkg from Amazon. This item being somewhat liquid shouldn’t have been shipped with other items in case of breakage. Should have been pkg differently being a liquid. Ordered this two years ago and pkg came empty with remnants of product inside. Amazon took care of situation but I thought I would see change in pkg this time around. Very expensive item.
