There’s nothing to assemble. They seem sturdy & I’ve never traveled with a head, so don’t know what they’re like for that.

As much as they are made of Styrofoam, still, they were far too light to support anything you put on them not recommended

Fantastic! Well at least what I bought them for. When I wash my scrub caps I put them on the foam heads and let them air dry and they are not wrinkled so I don’t have to iron them. My son does think I’m a little weird he doesn’t like them
