I’ve bought this shampoo directly from Paula’s Choice before. I then switched to Amazon because I needed it more quickly. I’ve purchased (and returned) two bottles of it because the product is noticeably thinner, almost watered down, than the bottle that comes directly from PC. I don’t know if there’s tampering or what’s going on with it. It’s so runny it runs right off your hands before you get a chance to put in your hair to lather up. So disappointing.

It’s been impossible finding GOOD fragrance free hair care products and this shampoo is top tier. Doesn’t leave me with an itchy scalp but also doesn’t strip my hair and leave it a tangled rats nest. Will repurchase. It’s the best fragrance free shampoo I’ve used.

I am very sensitive to smells but also want my hair to have that clean feeling that only comes from “non-natural” products. This is perfect, my hair looks and feels clean and I don’t have to deal with strong smells that linger for literal weeks. There is a very subtle “chemical” smell when washing the hair but it doesn’t last long. Thank you for making this!!

I really like this shampoo and am very happy with how it works. I took one star off because I feel it’s overpriced though. I’ve never paid this much for shampoo, but my allergies limit what I can use, and some shampoos may be allergy free, but leave your hair frizzy, so thought I’d give it a try anyway. It works well, I just hope I can continue to afford it.

when i had to go fragrance-free, we came across this shampoo / body wash. I’m so happy with it! It lathers well but also rinses out of my hair easily. Nice as a body wash too.

It didn’t make my scalp itch, or my skin break out. It doesn’t have a fragrance. But it didn’t do anything positive for my hair. It looked blank and felt gummy or coated with something.
I can use it, but not a first choice.
