I have alopecia and have used many shampoos through the years, most of which have been pretty much the same. I found this Keranique shampoo formula actually left my hair, fuller, and more manageable. Very pleased with this product.

I bought this for my granddaughter who was losing some hair due to stress and diet. She swears by this shampoo. It’s the second bottle she’s used. We tried another brand but didn’t get the same results with it. She has pictures of before and after and there’s a definite improvement with her hair. So…. I have been using product for several years. I have not seen any hair growth. I first noticed my hair thinning in the top of my head. My hair was falling out so much that it was all over the house.
Shortly after using this shampoo I started using Fermadyl leave in conditioner. After using the Fermadyl my hair stopped falling out however, it has not grown much in the area of concern.
I continue to use this shampoo because it doesn’t weight down my hair and I like the fragrance.
I guess I still hope that it will help eventually. But for now I don’t see the results that I desire. This is an expensive shampoo just for hope.

I am 73. I am doing all I can to keep my always thick hair from thinning as I age. This shampoo has made a great difference. Really! I am very much skeptical of products such as this. But gave it a try. And yes, what a difference!
