It is a great product, works well though requires a little more then they recommend for my hair, but I have really thick long hair. Personally compared to other brands it doesn’t leave a weird feeling on your hands or hair and can give your hair a shine, and holds the way they say it will. It washes out easy when you take a shower, but holds up to the elements well be it rain or sweat it holds. It also does a really good job moisturizing your shin and hair. I’m sure if I could grow a beard it would work wonders there. Over all for the value an excellent product.

I bought this for myself, I remember my grandfather used an oil based pomade for his curls and looked amazing, I used it this pomade on my curls and it is amazing! I heard Johnny is going to be making a Mrs. Johnny Slicks but until then I am using this baby. Love that is light, smells great and keeps my curls in place but not bugged down in oil. I little goes a long way, totally worth the price.

The pros out weigh the cons. This is probably the best u will get when it comes to very simple ingredients. The pros it smells great, holds better than I would of thought of a minimal ingredient pomade. Only 4 ingredients with bees waxing being what holds it. Cons does not complete or hold like water suitable pomade. It is very difficult to wash out this pomade and leaves your body sticky after rinsing it out with soap. I normally use viking revolution which I would say is the best of the best for the price but it has a very long ingredients list and could be putting who knows what into your scalp. I now use the Jonny slicks during the week holds decent enough not great but use the viking revolution when I have a special occasion because I know it will hold the entire time. Overall happy with the purchase and will prob buy again

I usually put it in the microwave to melt it. It stays in your hair for quite a while but it doesn’t harden like gel.

I never like writing reviews but I had to for this. As a veteran, I was excited to support a veteran-owned business but wow this product Is not good at all. It only took one use for me to know how bad this product is, it does not hold your hair at all. All it does is leave your hair greasy that’s it. oh! good luck washing it off too, I had to use dish soap to wash my hands, and not even like that came off. I’m telling you Diesel is easier to wash off. I washed my hair and I still feel this crap in my hair.

Not only is the smell amazing but it’s great for thick hair. When I first opened the package I couldn’t believe how tiny it was but after my first use I understood why it was so small…you don’t need a lot. This tiny bottle will last you a while. Yes it’s greasy but if u like that slick back biker bad boy look then this stuff is for you. The ol lady loves this smell as well.
