I use this everyday and it’s wonderful. Only problem. The cord hit the barrel. (This rarely happens but it did) the cord melted and left a black mark on the barrel. Other than that I absolutely love it and still use it daily.

This product doesn’t get as hot as i need it to which means it doesn’t curl well or last long.
It is extremely difficult to change out the irons. I only got a chance to try 2 of the irons because the one i have in now i cant get it out the handle to switch it out.
I tried to use on a clients hair and the crinkle just would not stay because the iron just wasn’t hot enough. Very embarrassing. Wouldn’t recommend buying this brand unfortunately
