I have used this product for years and found it necessary to order online this time due to surgery limiting my mobility. Tried to use it this a.m. for the first time and the dispensing nozzle does not work. Unable to get any product out of the can!
Very frustrating! Will attempt to return for replacement now.

Disappointed while traveling to Florida last month, the nozzle broke off. I can still get product by holding nozzle on canister and carefully applying pressure (awkward). But I had just had it for a week or so— and I do like it so it was a bit of a bummer.
I will purchase again, even so.

I have baby fine straight hair that I wear fairly short. I love this product as it gives my hair the body that I need!! I think it has a delightful scent to it although it is a little strong for me. But the quality of the product outweighs any problem with the scent. It makes my hair thicker and more manageable and trust me I have a closet full of hair products that supposedly give you fuller thicker hair. I am sorry that Bumble & Bumble is expensive- but hey–when a product works as well as this does, I will suffer through the cost! I usually only use it for when we are going out and I want my hair to look and stay in a certain way. This product is not sticky nor over weighted. It just WORKS!

This Mouse is not strong enough. It does not give enough volume or body for fine thin hair. There are better products out there! Don’t waste your hard earned money on this crap! You are just paying for the name brand! Sucks!

The mousse is the Soft Hold & not Full Form as shown in the picture & as described. The can was not wrapped in the box, so it arrived with a broken foam dispenser. This makes getting the mousse out of the can difficult. Better packaging is needed.
