My hair is medium length-ish and when I wash it I tend to get a lot of frizz and flyaways. The Dirt gives it that next-day look and tames the crazy. It’s almost like a post-wash conditioner. It’s not cheap, but it doesn’t take much to get the look you want. In fact, if I were to issue one warning it’s you should try a very small amount and test how much you need. Too much and it will look greasy. I will definitely buy again when my current tube runs out.

Believe it when it says it “controls big, poofy, frizzy, unruly hair.” I wish I had discovered this years ago for that accurately describes my hair. I couldn’t let it grow too long as a guy because it would poof out like Bozo the Clown!
I vary the amount from the suggested “nickel” to “quarter” size with different results, from wavy to curly. But the frizzies and the poofiness are gone for good. I highly recommend this grooming cream.

Best hair cream. It’s light, leaves hair feeling soft, and smells good. Tames my wavy hair-creating soft long natural waves. No crunch, clumps, or sticky feeling. Most products irritate skin on my neck and this one does not. A little goes a long way. No need for other products. Bonus- the creator is a good person that gives back to the community. I found out about this hair styling cream totally by chance on someone’s FB page and decided to try it even though I live in France. Fortunately, I had a precise idea of shipping costs and tax here so I knew what to expect upon delivery. It took approximately 2 weeks to arrive, which is normal.
The final cost was 50€, is it worth it? Well, I’d say yes. I have tried all kinds of gels, mousses and creams on wet or dry hair without finding the unique formula that would help me style my long, fine and slightly wavy hair without spending undue time with hairdryers, straighteners, diffusers, whatevers… This is great : I have a very stubborn cowlick on the crown of my hair that even straighteners barely manage to tame. So far, I’ve used this cream on dry hair and it makes it behave without looking like a piece of cardboard. Plus I like natural, tousled styles that take no time to style (I have better stuff to do with my life) and this cream does the trick. What more can I ask for? It smells lovely too. The fact some of the proceeds go to help homeless people is a bonus too. Thank you Days of Dirt 🙂

I have confused wavy/curly/straight/frizzy hair that stylists seem to love because in their capable hands, the few times I leave the salon per year it cooperates and looks good. However, in MY apathetic hands, eeeash! So I decided I wanted to cut bangs yet again and THIS time, I would take the time to style them. Lo and behold…I was falling back into my old habits of leaving the house with them looking pretty shabby. I love Dakota Johnson’s bangs/hairstyle so I Googled what products she uses and Days of Dirt was mentioned. My hair looks awful clean and even worse when I blow it dry so I figured, why not?
Boy, does my hair love this stuff! And the smell is light and inoffensive. It helped my bangs enough for me to want to get them trimmed instead of growing them out right away–my usual M.O. But I knew I still needed to step up my styling game so I forked it over for the Dyson Airstrait (zero company affiliation or endorsement deals, btw). OMG if you have hair like mine (and I’m figuring if this product has caught your eye, you might) it is a game changer! My hair has never looked better with the combo of using that tool with Days of Dirt’s help. I can’t believe I can leave the house with my hair looking this good now.
I rarely get my butt to write reviews but this product is SO good, I felt an almost ethical obligation to publicly applaud my favorite new beauty “secret” and thank the manufacturers for making such a great hair product!

This isn’t just for the dudes. I am a woman with medium length hair that is fine but thick, and it usually requires a flat iron after washing and drying, no matter what I do. And then it starts poofing up if there’s even a hint of humidity in the air. I’ve tried balms and oils, to middling success. This stuff is kind of a miracle. I’ve used it on wet hair and dry hair and it works both ways. It controls the poof without leaving my hair limp or pasty. It leaves my hair looking healthy and shiny. It also smells nice without being overwhelming. Everything is great and I don’t have to resort to tying my hair back to keep it under control.
