I was using Maui shampoo before this. (Terrible I know.) It took me a while to find a shampoo that works for me. I have fine hair and my hair was falling out so much. Switched over to this shampoo and in two weeks I could tell it was breaking less. My hair feels stronger.
EDIT: this was my original review ^ everything was AMAZING!!! My fiancé ordered this exact set on his Amazon account and there are some things that have changed. First off, the conditioner we first got said to lather in your scalp now this one says to avoid scalp, why is that? Second, the shampoo used to say all natural ingredients, now that’s gone. My hair is falling out again with this update on the shampoo and conditioner and doesn’t feel as thick. It’s also made my back break out SO bad. It’s inevitable for your shampoo and conditioner to not run down your back. I don’t understand what ingredients are causing this to happen. I’ve added some pictures the left is the old and the right is the new. Please switch back to the old one!!!

I bought this product for my son, who is a firefighter. Let me say: 1- one year later, he still has half the bottle (it doesn’t take much!) 2- he absolutely RAVES about it (my kid has never talked about any hygiene product, EVER) 3- the attached photo is after a 24 hour shift which means: fire helmet x2, sleep, drive home with the windows down. This is literally how he walked in the door. He uses no other hair product, ever. Will buy again!!

Since using this, I have experienced serious facial breakouts to the point of scarring my face and rashes on my body. I am 40 years old. I have a knack of knowing what works and I was perfectly fine before applying this product. I should not have clear pussy breakouts on my face that refuse to go away, that are painful, nor have my skin beyond itchy to where I’ve questioned if I now have eczema.
When you introduce new products one at a time it’s easy to pinpoint what’s different.
This might work for you. For me? My body has responded in serious upper body rashes and facial breakouts at 40 yrs old when I’ve never suffered a breakout in this multitude even in high school.
I’m now dousing my face in liquid vitamin C to hopefully lighten scars.

I’m dealing with hair loss due to Covid-19. The entire month of December I’ve had to clean my brush every time I use it and I was collecting as much hair in one day, twice a day, as I was before after a week of brushing. I have incredibly thick hair and I’ve lost 50% of my thickness. I started taking hair, nail and skin with Biotin vitamins about a week ago. I just used this shampoo last night and although it’s way too soon to know if it’s thicker, I didn’t pull near as much hair out as usual today! Not to mention, I think this is the first time I can legitimately say my hair was squeaky clean after rinsing and so incredibly soft today. I know some reviews say the scent isn’t great, I quite enjoy it though however the hubs said it was funky smelling to him but calmed down after rinsing so it’s really going to be a personal preference. I’ll update again if I notice thickness.

Not sure if this helps make my hair look fuller or grow faster, but it smells good, and seems to keep my hair clean and moisturized. A little goes a long way. My shampoo is very thick, and the conditioner is runny… not sure if that’s how it is supposed to be…

I have wavy/straight hair and have been looking for a product that brings out the waves and really adds volume. I’m just the two days I’ve used this set, I can already see and feel a difference in my hair. Very much recommend!
