I routinely dye my hair jewel tone colors and my stylist has from the beginning told me about this line of product. I have been using this stuff in my hair for a couple years and everyone makes comments on how healthy my hair is. I’m not a big fan of the smell but that is a personal preference I am sure. To me it smells like a bad tanning lotion.

I have been using vivid semi permanent dyes for over a decade. In that time I have tried many products. I am attaching pictures of my rainbow vivid ombré 6 weeks after I had it done (ignore the lack of styling) . I did not avoid washing in warm water – this is a miracle product. I just canceled my touch-up hair appointment for tomorrow because it just isn’t necessary yet and probably won’t be for another month. I use it every wash between shampoo and conditioner. Don’t know about the color, but this product definitely makes hair more silky and smooth. I have quite damaged long purple hair, and before using this product it was a real problem for me, as my hair tended to tangle during the wash. Also I see a big difference in how my hair looks after drying — definitely healthier and not dry on the ends.
