I did not think much of this shampoo before using it and my hair is as soft as it was during pandemic times when I was using my favorite beer shampoo. It also has more body than ever before and I’m not allergic to it. This is such a win in regards to finding a good shampoo and conditioner without coconut or fragrance. There is nothing wrong with this product but do read the fine lines before purchase. Note that there is cucumber extract in the shampoo – it is not fragrance free as advertised! My spouse has terrible allergies to all sorts of things – including cucumber. His skin reacted to the shampoo and conditioner and he was left with rash spots on his scalp after using it.

The bottles I received were leaking everywhere and there were small black worms crawling around in the conditioner and shampoo. I threw it into the dumpster before I thought to take photos for the replacement and I’m reviewing to get the seller’s attention so I can get my replacement!
Usually this brand is amazing and works fantastically, I’ve had it before! This was likely just a shipping issue. I will update my review when the products are replaced in good condition. The shampoo is nice and foamy and the conditioner actually conditions amazingly even if you only leave it in for a short amount of time in a rush (just not as well as the usual few minutes). Good product, bad shipping experience!
