Have struggled with folliculitis and scalp acne for years. Tried every kind of shampoo and product you could imagine. This stuff is expensive, but I gave it a shot anyway and my head is almost completely clear now. Just make sure when you use it you let it soak on your head for at least three minutes.

As the title says, smells terrible and it’s expensive. I used it for long enough that I should have seen results. The only thing I can show for this is my wallet is lighter and my head stinks like egg/sulfur hybrid. It’s not worth the money IMO. I thought maybe I didn’t follow the directions. Nope it just doesn’t work. After all, I paid a lot of money for a tiny bottle and had to smell it all day. I figured that effort alone would certainly give some result but it didn’t. If it works for you great, but I doubt did anything for you. Just saying cause it did nothing for me. I really mean did “nothing” other than smell. I know I won’t be alone in this experience. If you are looking for something that will work; Look for something with salicylic acid if you have scalp acne or even dandruff. That is what I was recommended to get. I have had better luck using shampoo with salicylic acid then this homeopathic stuff. Also doesn’t smell like you got egged by kids at the Fourth of July celebration. I feel like I was misled that this product should work. I could have spent a third the price for stuff that worked. Don’t know why I deviated from my usual stuff. I thought, “This has to good, with the ingredients in it.” Also I wouldn’t even complain about the price or smell if it worked. But when you roll the dice on something expensive like this, then I expect you to be upset when it doesn’t work. It’s supposed to treat acne on the scalp. I paid for a treatment that would treat acne on the scalp. It didn’t work now everything bad about it is amplified. Well lesson here is stick to what you know works. Also I’m gonna beat that horse again, this stuff stinks horrible. You been warned.

Wasn’t sure if this was going to work. But I have used it for a week now, and it has significantly reduced the number of breakouts and reduced the itching.
The smell of the shampoo is ok. It smells a little bit like medicine or herbs. But it’s not bad.
The shampoo lathers up really well.
You do have to keep the shampoo on your hair for a few minutes to let it work its way in to your scalp.
It would be great if they sold conditioner to go along with the shampoo but I can’t find it anywhere online.

Shampoo works great for scalp pimples. I have been using it daily for about two weeks with great results. It doesn’t smell bad like some of the other reviews say. Mostly what you smell is a woody, menthol scent. After you finish washing and drying your hair, there is no lingering odor. I do not find it unpleasant at all, and I am very sensitive to smells. This product is great for daily use. It does not dry out your scalp or hair. I normally wash my hair with a half dollar size amount and leave it in for about 3-5 minutes. Once rinsed out, there is no residue. Hair is manageable and not oily at all.
I noticed improvement in my scalp within two days of using this shampoo. Gone are the painful and puss filled pimples on my head. I am very satisfied with this product! I had tried, tea tree shampoo, anti-fungal shampoo, high-end salon products, and dermatologist prescription shampoo. None worked as well.
I highly recommend giving it a try.
