There’s nothing to dislike here in my book; the scent is clean and not overpowering and the conditioner will leave your hair feeling smooth and healthy. I don’t use conditioner every time I shower, but when my hair is longer I think it’s a good extra step and this product does the trick. It’s not greasy or hard to wash out, and while I can’t say that I notice that it strengthens or thickens hair somehow, it does leave it in good condition. Happy to have it.

WOW what is this sorcery??! I have long fine curly hair and this product has made the single most improvement in my hair more than anything else. I heat style my hair and wash frequently so I have a lot of breakage and split ends. I use this as both an in-shower conditioner (I always let it sit for at least 5 minutes before washing out) and as a leave-in conditioner as well. A little goes a long way and my hair (which is low porosity) is left weightlessly shiny, hydrated, and stronger without leaving any residue. My hair also dries with significantly less frizz. I gave this to my mom to try who has fine shoulder length straight hair and it worked for her as well. Highly recommend trying this!!!!! So far I have used only the conditioner but am planning to buy the shampoo next. Seriously just add this to your cart, it’s way better than olaplex and all the other competitors !!!!

Wasn’t sure I was going to like this product but it ended up being pretty great! It states this is a quat free conditioner and I’m not exactly sure what that is! I thought a quat was a pimple. The smell of the product is very odd, it’s almost like a musty smell but it doesn’t make your hair smell like that. I love how the product is dispensed. You twist the cap and there is a small hole and it comes out. Of course I didn’t notice the hole at first and was trying to unscrew the cap and couldn’t figure out what the brown, chocolate milky looking stuff was all over the shower! Yes, it was the product! As for performance, it actually does a great job. My coworker thought I had had a haircut. It left my hair smooth and sleek all over and kept my layers in check. I did need to use quite a bit of the product with each use so it may not last very long. Consider that when purchasing. I would probably use this for special occasions and not as an everyday conditioner. It says you can use it as a leave-in conditioner too, but I did not try that so cannot attest to its performance there.

I am using this conditioner in conjunction with the shampoo on a friend’s enthusiastic recommendation. Although it feels like I’m putting cupcake frosting on my hair (a little weird), it is instantly absorbed and light, not just a heavy slick coating like most conditioners. My hair is noticeably softer and less frizzy. It doesn’t feel greasy like a lot of conditioners. When I think about it, why would I shampoo oil out of my hair just to put it back in with conditioner? You don’t need a lot, which is helpful. My friend billed this as a very different formula for hair care and I think they’re right.

I have long, thick corse hair. I like thick conditioners almost like a mask consistency. This one was really thin compared to what I normally use. The scent is kinda vanillaish with maybe coco mixed in. Not bad, just not the floral I’m use too. Seemed more like a lotion scent vs a hair product. Bottle is nice. But it didn’t do much for my hair. It conditioned it yes, but it didn’t feel silky soft and I had some more tangles than I’m use too. If your hair is finer or thinner you may love this though!

It’s an Okay Conditioner – Has a good bottom dispensing hole, where you twist the cap to open or close it. The liquid has the consistency of a thick milk chocolate goop. It spreads okay with minimal lather as expected for a conditioner. Smooths and moisturizes fine.
Not A Fan of The Scent – I can’t really place or describe the scent, maybe a coco earthy musk type scent? I do not really enjoy it and it has a medium strength that sticks around somewhat even after showering it off. Apparently this can also be used as a leave in, which is really great, but I can’t abide the smell to just put it on and leave it there.

I like epres products and this conditioner was also nice. It left my hair feeling smooth and moisturized without weighing it down.
