I think some of these reviews might have received a faulty product. While I do agree that the temperature of the iron could be hotter, it gets hot enough for the most part. The different barrel options make this a great all-in-one tool for hair.

I used the smaller wand attached me to for these curves and they held up for about 5 days without a wash. They went from this really intense curls to a wave. Mu husband actually really loved the look.

Happy I purchased. Test it out, literally just took my hair out of braids, and look how beautiful my curl came out. Did not flat iron before using wanting. Heats up so fast I literally timed 10 seconds and my curl came out this straight and beautiful
