Actually bought this to replace another brush but it had the same diameter of the one I already had! Wait! The good news is they have different features & after using this I’m never using the other again. This brush has the perfect bristle length for my hair. I have very long, straight, fine, shiny, virgin hair. I have been experiencing some hair loss & breakage due to thyroid issues & this brush didn’t pull my hair. This brush has a great grip & goes thru the hair smoothly. I definitely noticed less hair in the brush after drying it. I loved the fact the air flow thru the brush so drying time is less so I can use my dryer less while I’m trying to be a little delicate nowadays. I’m really impressed by this brush & I didn’t even plan to get it! Yet it enhanced volume on my hair that’s hard to get volume in! Holding it was easy. The grip & handle are nice & I got it really fast. I totally recommend this brush & I’m going to look into others made by this company. If you share an issue with damage or hair loss/breakage this brush is a really nice option. It doesn’t pull thru the hair. Even on my fine hair it literally glided thru without the pull & my hair looked good enough to receive a few compliments after using it & what no one knew, was that all I changed was my brush! If your on the fence, get off & get the brush!

I recently cut my hair very short and was in a quandary as to how to curl it or give it some body. This brush is a good answer. It is useful; when blowing my hair dry (what little there is for a month or so!) and excellent for brushing my hair after using a curling irn. Very happy for short hair.

This brush is excellent. A little smaller than I’m used to using, but it does the work perfectly. The bristles feel stiff, but I had no issues at all with tangling and it worked as promised – sleek and smooth. That’s no small feat with my hair, which borders on curly and is very fine. It’s easy to hold onto, and the 1.7″ diameter is a great size for a nape-of-neck length.
I stopped using a hairbrush to blow out when I purchased a Revlon One Step Volumizer Hair Dryer and Styler which, btw, is awesome. It’s heavy, though, and I wanted something light weight to throw in a carry on.
This brush is exactly that tool! Even though the hairdryer isn’t as hot as it used to be, it still worked wonderfully! Highly recommend!

As others have said the end of this brush gets too hot and I’ve burned myself a couple of times. I never thought that I would as I’m very adept with these tools. However, it happens. The makers of this brush should put some kind of on the end of the brush, so it doesn’t burn people and because of this, I have to take my review from five stars down to three.
I’ve been using this brush for over a year and I’m still very happy with it. I’ve had other brushes like this that have been too heavy or the handles didn’t feel good… all kinds of reasons but this one is so nice. The handle is smooth and easy to hold onto the brush is very light so it doesn’t get heavy while you’re using it, and it works like it should I do recommend this brush.

I previously used a larger round brush and was not satisfied with the way my hair looked after blow drying. This brush was recommended to me; I decided to try a smaller barrel. For reference, I have wavy hair which is cut into a layered bob. I have long curtain bangs with the longest layers of my bob falling to my jaw. I purchased the 33 mm brush (1.3 inch) based on some online recommendations and hair tutorial videos. This brush works great! It grips well, is a good diameter for my hair length, and helps me achieve a smoother, straighter hairstyle. It is also lightweight and easy to maneuver through my hair. This brush also holds the heat from my hair dryer well. I have not found that the brush becomes too hot-but it does not take me very long to dry my hair so there is not a chance for the brush to become overly hot. I recommend this brush!
