I thought to give this one a try as most of amika products I tried are good. This Elixir is a bit on the thicker side and not as light as Moroccanoil Treatment that I was using before. I think I will go back to Moroccanoil Treatment as my fine hair does not look as good when using amika Elixir.

I’ve been using this for years, it’s awesome for wet and dry styling. I have ordered it through Amazon before no problem, but this time it leaked in shipping. Previous bottles have also leaked during air travel, which is actually why I needed a new bottle this time. So it’s probably the bottle’s fault, not Amazon, and luckily the packaging kept the leak from getting on anything else in the box, but it’s a pretty pricey product per oz, so the leaks definitely hurt.
