Dries my hair pretty fast despite being incredibly small. Has both a hot and cool setting, and comes with a nozzle-adapter for a more focus gust of air. Very nice for home, and since it’s so small, I have the option throw it in a bag to bring with me if I so need.

My hairdresser was using this in her shop and she gave me the particulars to purchase this item. I am so glade she did. Thought it would be so expensive (since a hairdresser uses this) but very economical. Also love the fact that it is nice and small. My other hair dryer was heavy and twice the size. needed to replace the old one anyway. have not used it for travel but will not take up too much space in your suitcase or over night bag. Great power for a small appliance.

What a great little dryer! I use mine almost every day and haven’t been disappointed with the performance. It is light but not flimsy or cheap. Like all the Babyliss products I have bought it is well made and has all the features you will need except for a “cool shot”. It has plenty of power in it’s two settings. It’s a pluss that it has dual power. It doesn’t fold, but the dryer is so small you can find room for it easily – both at home and in your suitcase. An extra long cord is handy, and I also like the nano titanium features of this model which I feel add shine and really dry hair quickly.
I wanted quality but most important was the weight of this model. If like me, you have had difficulty holding the weight of an average dryer long enough to dry your hair, you will love this one. The price is very reasonable also.

This is my SECOND BaByliss Pro Nano. My first lasted me about eight years. Replaced it a day later. When something works, why change? My hair is extremely thick and heavy and takes a thorough drying session and something so lightweight doesn’t wear my shoulders out. It is small for travel, but it’s also small to store and small to lift and easy to manipulate. It’s just a breeze. Buy is and see for yourself.

I would have given this hair dryer 4 stars before it totally stopped working. It was recommended by my hair stylist. It was great for travel and easy to use. However, it had no cool setting and the tip kept falling off. When, it stopped working one day in January, I did all the suggested, troubleshooting to no avail. When I finally was able to contact customer service, the woman I spoke with, refused to honor the warranty for one year. I explained to her that I used this hairdryer four minutes at the most a couple of times a week. I also told her that my previous hairdryers lasted well over 10 years and were put aside for a variety of reasons, but none were because they wouldn’t run properly. She was totally uninterested and refused to do a thing. This has not been my experience with the few companies I’ve had to call with similar issues , I was able to replace them no matter what time because they said that this should not happen and they did not want to leave it, So, I was very satisfied. The new products they sent worked perfectly wel and have been running for 2 to 3 years now. Customer rep from Conair was unwilling to do a thing – not even a discount. I will not be buying from Conair again.

PROS
=0.6lbs… how do you beat that?! All else compared were 0.8lb or 1lb
=small – looks like a mini dryer but the grip does not feel small
=elegant black
=powerful heat, really, side by side with the others, it was almost like the 1875 on both high and low heat settings
=surprisingly, the difference between low & high heat is as big as others tested, meaning, low heat is still quiet powerful considering it’s a 1000watt
=is this really 1000watt??
=good low hum (not low noise, but lower than most)
CONS
=not foldable

2. Vidal Sassoon Vsdr5523 1875w Stylist Travel Dryer, Black (1lb) – great but found Babyliss much lighter
3. Conair 1875 Watt Folding Handle Compact Hair Dryer (1lb) – feels heavier than other 1lb dryers even if exact weight
4. Babyliss Bambino Nano Titanium Ulta Lightweight Hair Dryer, 1000 Watt (0.6lb) – soooo light, 1000Watt but quiet powerful, almost like an 1875
5. Revlon Perfect Heat 1875W Fast Dry Compact Dryer (0.8lbs) – looks elegant, powerful, but fingers could easily slip fancy roundish low/off/high switch
6. Vidal Sasson VS784 1875W Travel Dryer (0.8lbs) – good, looks like Revlon but better grip on switch to low/high/off
7. Andis Micro Turbo 1600 Watt Dual Voltage Hair Dryer – White (33805) (0.8lbs) – good airflow but 1600w and looks a bit like standard hotel dryers

Es un poco mas pequeña de lo esperado, quedaría excelente que se doblara, pero honestamente es bastante transportable. (Y con la versatilidad de voltaje, esta de lujo)
Estaba dudosa al ser la mitad de la potencia de las convencionales, pero me ha dejado callada. Tengo muchísimo cabello y me seca sin problema. Con el cepillo adecuado, hasta me preguntaron si me había planchado el cabello. ¡Buenísima!
