Do not order this product. I ordered it once in 2020 no issue. Today my package arrived, the bag was already opened, some of the product had leaked out of the container, the shampoo that is in there IS NOT L’ANZA. It has a horrible perfumed apple smell. I can’t believe I paid that price for this garbage..very disappointed.

There’s nothing particularly wrong with this shampoo which is why it gets a three-star rating. For the cost, I expect noticeable differences using this compared to the shampoo I pick up at Target. Unfortunately, that is not the case. There was no difference in feel or texture of my hair and most importantly, did not seem to extend my color past the normal expectation of color stay.

I’m still waiting for it to arrive, as the wrong product was sent to me, however, I have ordered it before and using this shampoo has made my hair healthy again. I recommend it to anyone who colors their hair. It’s pricey but well worth it!

Be careful you realize this is clarifying shampoo. I originally purchased it and thought it was fake because it wasn’t the cloudy white that I expected from the color preserving formula. I did return this, but since purchased the correct one and I love Lanza

Cleans hair thoroughly. I assume this would not strip color but it’s hard to tell since I color my hair frequently to cover grays. If you want shampoos that leave slip in your hair this is not for you. This will give you the streaky clean feel. You do need to condition afterwards.

My Hair Loves Lanza and so do I. First I had the experience of such a beutiful, light clean scent. Then the result of using Lanza Shampoo, conditioner, leave in healing trauma treatment and finally the healing Neem Plant Silk Serum. I will not use anything else. I threw all my half used shampoos and conditioners out.

I WAS GIVEN SOME SAMPLES OF L’ANZA HAIR PRODUCTS. THEY ARE SO GREAT. THEY TREAT MY 62 YEAR OLD COLORED HAIR WITH CARE AND MOISTURE. I LIVE IN A VERY DRY CLIMATE AND I LOVE THESE PRODUCTS. MY DAUGHTER IS A HAIR STYLIST SO I KNOW MY PRODUCTS….SHE DOES NOT USE THESE AS HER SALON DOES NOT CARRY L’ANZA.
