Both the clippers and trimmers seem to be of high quality; heavy with a metal grip and good at cutting hair. I had a problem with the clippers within the warranty period, when switched on, they would activate but shut off after 3 seconds. I found Amazon’s returns process to be somewhat difficult to navigate, they insisted I contact the seller directly but there was no way to know whether or not these messages were being delivered. There was a lengthly delay, but eventually NOVAH got in touch and were excellent to deal with. They resolved my issue and I am very happy with the outcome. Many thanks to Jennifer and the NOVAH team.

These are hands down the best clippers I have ever used. Cuts smooth with all the power you can want and that’s before you switch to turbo mode. The performance is incredible. I was skeptical because cordless ones I tried before did not have the power and would barely make it through 1 cut. I have 3 boys and can do them all and still have plenty of juice! The power doesn’t fade either. And if you do run them all the way down, they can be used while plugged in! They used to complain because some past buzzers got hot or would feel like it was ripping their hair. Now they don’t mind at all! It so much easier for me without the restriction of a cord. It’s night and day. The kit literally comes with everything you need. Just an amazing kit that’s a must have.
Even better is the experience I had with customer service. Jennifer delivered unmatched assistance I didn’t believe still existed. I had a long break between haircuts as it was winter in NY and we let our hair grow out a little so we only used the smaller trimmers to shape up for a couple months. When I next tried to use the large clippers they were dead and would not hold a charge. Even so I was able to use them plugged in! I contacted Jennifer and no questions asked was sent brand new ones that arrived just 2 days after initial contact! I could hardly believe it! She was super nice and polite and returned my message immediately! It was so refreshing to see a company that still values their customers above all in this day and age. The new ones are working flawlessly and novah stands behind their product 100%.
I will never buy from anyone else after my experience. Novah has earned a lifelong customer! Special thanks to Jennifer. You’re the absolute best!

I was following all of the instructions on how to maintain the clippers, but it started to stall after a few months of use. I tried to recharge the clippers even though it was reading at 93% battery life, but it continued to stall and deplete the battery charge. I reached out to NOVAH customer service directly and was blown away by the level of service: friendly, prompt, helpful. They sent a replacement to our home, but the delivery service sent it to the wrong address/lost the package. I let NOVAH know and they sent another replacement! This level of customer service rarely exists these days. I’ll be using NOVAH clippers for as long as my son will let me cut his hair. Thank you, NOVAH!
