Since I only wash my hair about once a week, I needed a product that worked on wet or dry hair. This formula has been great so far! I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, but have noticed my scalp feeling really clean and some new growth coming in. Excited to see the results in a few months. I also love that it’s a spray bottle to make distribution throughout my scalp easier.

First of all I LOVE the brand – the shampoo, conditioner and serum are fantastic! Was super excited to try the hair restorer. Sadly the pump does not work. I can’t tell if the product inside is worth it…

UPDATE 6/8/23:
The whole bottle is gone. Not even three weeks, not even using it every day and it’s gone. Did I use too much? Maybe. Did the instructions say anything other than “generous?” No. All I know is this is a very very expensive bottle and if I had used it daily, it probably would have lasted a week and a half. HOW MUCH ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BE USING?!?!

At first glance this is a super nice, high quality product. The bottle is heavy, it feels almost ceramic. This makes it seem really high quality! I love the applicator spout. The longer neck on the spray nozzle makes it easier to get to your scalp rather than just spraying the hair above the scalp like many other bottles think is sufficient for a scalp product. Now, in use there’s an issue. The bottle is kind of heavy and gets slippery quickly making it more difficult to depress the plunger. On top of that, the plunger gets stuck often, won’t actually spray. Spray it once, try again, and nothing. Then all the sudden the problem has resolved itself and you’re like, what what even happened? Additionally, the instructions say to apply liberally, but I realized I have no idea what that actually looks like. 5 pumps, 10, 20? If I used the amount I did the first two times, this bottle would be gone so fast. So I was left wondering EXACTLY how much they meant for me to use. A range would be nice.
My last issue is the feasibility of a person with long hair using this daily. Most of us absolutely should not be washing every day. I try for every third day if I can. This product unfortunately leaves the roots slightly greasy which ruined my second day hair. So it may help with scalp health but then creates the need for extra washes which would likely negate the benefits of the product. As it says to use daily for three months, I can’t help but wonder if I’m wasting it. I’ll continue use, but only on the night before a wash. This is not something I’d order a second time since it creates a problem and I don’t think I can use it as intended (and again, most women should not be washing daily. Just by reducing wash days many would see improved hair health!).

This is the first time our daughter tried Iles Formula product and she was very impressed. The price point is quite high; but, based on the quality of this product, she thought it was well worth the cost.
This is a high end, leave in hair treatment. She immediately noticed a change in her hair texture and found that this treatment helped with her fall out (she said she noticed less hair loss). She has been using daily for the last few weeks and loves it.

The pump to dispense the product is defective.
Sometimes it works using force but then it jams.
Anyone with arthritic problems in their hands would not be able to use the product.

This product is easy to use and I’ve been trying to use it daily. I don’t know how long you have to use it before you see any rejuvenating results. I have pretty fine hair and will try anything to make it grow stronger. The scent is subtle and nice. I’ll finish out the bottle and see what happens.
